  • To secure your session, full payment is required at the time of booking.

    If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded, based on your preference.

    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed or “no-show” appointments, are non-refundable. A ‘no-show’ is defined as arriving more than 10 minutes after the scheduled session start time or not attending the session without prior notice. Sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time, regardless of late arrival. This policy is in place to respect both your time and the time reserved specifically for your session

    If something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. I understand that things happen, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
